Return and Exchange Policy

At One More Esports, we hold our products to the highest standards. Because our fulfillment process includes Print-on-Demand services and highly customized items, our return policy is strict. Please read the following conditions carefully.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is physically defective, damaged in transit, or completely different from what you ordered, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

2. Sizing Issues & Change of Mind Most of our standard apparel (e.g., Hoodies, T-Shirts) is printed on demand specifically for you when you place an order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, order the wrong color, or select the wrong size.

3. Personalized Items (Custom Jerseys) Any products customized with a personal name, gamer tag, or specific number (such as our 1M Pro Jerseys) are strictly Final Sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, unless they arrive physically defective.

4. How to Request a Return If your item meets the criteria for a defect or incorrect delivery, please contact us at [email protected].

Do not send any items back to our headquarters or our printing partners without receiving prior approval and instructions from our support team.
Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a defect-related replacement.

5. Refund Processing If your claim for a defective item is approved, we will notify you and process the refund to your original method of payment, or immediately dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
