🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery within Morocco usually takes 3 to 7 business days.
Processing: Most of our gear is printed on demand (1-2 days).
Delivery: Once shipped, our courier will contact you to arrange the drop-off.
Why did I only receive part of my order? To get your gear to you as fast as possible, we use multiple fulfillment centers (including our 1M HQ and specialized printing partners). If you ordered different types of items (e.g., a Phonecase and a Pro Jersey), they will likely arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Don't panic, the rest is on the way!
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes! You can pay in cash when the delivery driver brings your package for most standard items. Please make sure you have the exact amount ready. ⚠️ IMPORTANT EXCEPTION: Cash on Delivery is strictly NOT available for Personalized/Custom items (like our Pro Jerseys with custom gamer tags). These must be paid via Card or Online Payment at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, our automated checkout is set up for Morocco only. However, if you are an international fan (Europe, NA, etc.), send us a DM on Instagram or an email to [email protected]. We can arrange a custom shipment via DHL/FedEx for you (shipping costs will apply).
📦 ORDERS & RETURNS
Can I return my item if it doesn't fit? Because standard apparel is printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for size or color issues. Personalized Items: Custom Pro Jerseys are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned. Pro Tip: Please check the Size Guide on every product page carefully before ordering. Measure your favorite hoodie at home and compare!
What if my product arrives damaged? If you receive a defective item or the wrong print, we’ve got your back!
Take a photo of the defect.
Email us within 14 days of delivery.
We will send you a free replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged item.
Can I cancel or change my order? You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request changes or cancellations. After that, production begins, and we cannot stop the process.
👕 PRODUCTS & CARE
How should I wash my 1M gear? To keep your prints fresh and vibrant for years:
Wash cold (30°C max) & inside-out.
Do not iron directly on the print.
Hang dry is best (avoid high-heat tumble drying).
Are the sizes standard? Our sizes are generally True to Size.
For a standard fit: Order your usual size.
For a baggy/oversized gamer look: Order one size up. Always check the size chart in the product description!

Do you offer discounts for teams or bulk orders? Yes! If you want to equip your entire squad (5+ items) or order for a LAN party, we offer bulk discounts ranging from 10% to 20%. Contact us via email with the subject line "Team Order" and let us know what you need.
